I have mixed feeling about it but think he has done an incredible job for us when we needed a strong foundation to build our rise back from relegation battle after relegation battle. He has made some mistakes, but no more than anyone else... I know that other pro's rate him right up there...

Was reading today about the fact that Spurs have put a £6m tag on Lennon. It got me to thinking about the loan system and the pro's and con's of it and what others thoughts are... I can't help but think that the systems main flaw is that players that know their time at their home club is done...

Id agree with this and certainly the comments about the searching other leagues is one we should be doing now to get the list of "candidates".

Thanks for the comment, I love hearing others views and how we all see the same game differently and I agree with what you have said about what happens when teams come to play us. Like Leicester, West Brom (To name 2) but what I would say to counter your point is that in the second half last...

Thanks for taking the time to reply and for reading the post. I wasn't for one moment suggest we play football like we did in the 90's, hopefully in reading my post you'll see that I suggested my understanding of playing to suss a team out and also taking the sting out of the game but we do it...
