I’ll go first. The irregular width of the brickwork panels means the left and right edges of the crest line up nicely with a depression in the brickwork, but the central points at the top and bottom are off centre over the panel behind them...
I'm relieved to see they've got it central across that bricked section, because it wasn't on the Hill Dickinson promo render and that was making my eye twitch.
Having said that, that is the West Stand, so there's still plenty of time and space...
I'm afraid you'll have to reach back quite a long way to ask the guy who came up with it why he chose 'Nil'.

It’s possible the exact opposite of what I’ve said is true, too: that the face is translucent plastic and the sides are aluminium.

We're going round in circles here, so I'll just finish by reiterating that there's scope for things to improve if the reality is terrible. The situation won't just be abandoned by the council because the plan was written years ago.
