No way out has been about since the early '00's. But they tried to make it a gimmic thing, and it didnt work.

There was an almighty brawl between big Dunc and Joey Barton, who was frankly having his arse handed to him on a plate. People tried to break it up, but realising it was Barton, they let him have it...............

I was at Rose Lane for 2 years - it cost me (per 3 months) £1075. It may have gone up as it was 2 years ago! (going fast!). I will warn you that demand for Rose Lane is high, so get in there early! And the parties were epic...until I was on work placement... then not so much! :P
