Seems like Benj is just told what to say, he backed Dyche until more or less the day he was sacked. I think his henchman Woany and Stoney had lost faith before Benj. He’s telling everyone to be patient because that will be the word he’s getting from his mates at the club.

Many of us hoped that this window would not be so Everton like. Credit to the club for what they’ve done so far but we’re heading to America with massive holes in the squad. You could argue we still need 3 players for the starting 11 never mind the other positions that need filling.

If Patterson can have a good pre season I’d imagine we’d keep him rather than bringing in coufal. Harrison will be very last resort if we can’t manage to bring any of the other targets in. Therefore I expect both to sign.
