Yeah kinda this, he is what he is. Sometimes it’ll work (typically away from home or at home against sides that play high - Villa sat deep today), sometimes he’ll look like a 6’4 Portuguese Beckford.

Blunt instrument, will work sometimes. Sometimes he’ll look totally out of place. Today was the latter. Almost every blue coming out today was talking about “if we have a decent 9 we win that today” - hard to disagree.

If we'd prioritised a world class number 9 we wouldn't have got the class midfield we have now. We'd have a great player isolated up top with nobody to give him the ball, and we'd be leaking more goals because we wouldn't be able to keep the...

Hard to argue with that really. Both fullback spots and centre forward are the areas for next summer to improve.
