That, ahem, flat pack stadium is gonna be stunning

Well that’s just blown my mind.

that would be funny but i think they`ll be too busy laughing at our little flat-pack soulless ground stuck out of the way without an alehouse, chippy or sweetshop in sight.

One thing I always strive for on my way out of Goodison is a bag of sweets, it's bang out of order all this, they should have built it near a sweet shop

...and again. how many pubs are within half a mile of Goodison?

There’s nothing imaginative about mine mate, lanolin isn’t moisturising hand lotion, it’s wool fat. And I’m a fat wool. There’s definitely nothing imaginative about yours, you’re a veritable ronseal.

i hope so, obviously. but the few new grounds i`ve been to stink. i`m just sick that we`re moving, Walton will go right down the nick too. we could`ve easily rebuilt, the Park end stand was designed to be extended
