I have asked this question before and can never get an answer, it's something that has troubled the club for a number of years now (so can't really say Dele) but there are rotten apples in that dressing room and they need to be turfed out.

This is it for me, without evidence that some players are totally undermining everything in a sneaky 'rotten egg' type way then we just have to go with what we see on the pitch and that is that there are too many players that are either not good enough or have confidence issues.

There is a massive difference in not rating a player to actually thinking that they are just going around disrupting everything. There is a lot hyperbole about this squad, using words like 'rotten', fraud', etc. is not cutting it with me.

Believe most of the players are genuinely trying very hard. It's perhaps more a question of quality in some areas

I don't think they're a bad group exactly, they're just substandard footballers. It's bizarre how our own fans somehow overrate them at the same time.

Above all, not having a functioning midfield is disastrous for a team of any level. I can't believe we've allowed it to go on for this long. Fix that and we might have a chance. But if we go into the new season with Doucoure as our best option, we are totally f'ed.
