I know we are due to pay 40m for Alli, but 10m of that is the 25% sell on. There is 20m after 60 games (in 2 blocks after 20 then 60 games) then a load of add ons.

For us, it doesnt do a lot. We also dont have the same imperative to sell.

Given our challenging financial situation continuing next year (full year loss of sponsorship revenues partially offsets wage savings & some players inc. Pickford will get pay lifts) I expect we will either ship out Alli or find him mysteriously unavailable for a significant number of games next season. It was a desperation deal and he’s not justified it.

If we want to go down that route, I'd imagine we try to loan him out.
