This is my overriding feeling.

I like the guy and we'll undoubtedly miss his presence in the side, but can't help but feeling that we've lost better players previously and that includes Lukaku.

It's absolutely imperative now though that we recruit strongly. A real acid test for Thelwell this.

Sure, but they’ve just sold Phillips so are in a strong bargaining position. And that’s ignoring the fact they aren’t absolutely screwed FFP wise.
