Not sure if this design is still going ahead. Think further back in this thread someone states it’s not as tall or it’s been split in to 2 tiers or something like that. Shame really, because it looked brilliant on the original video they put out.

If it’s two tier, it takes away the uniqueness. I wasn’t aware of that. Not like Everton to dampen our expectations is it.

Its not two tier, it just has a super riser allowing safe standing to not impact on those behind where it remains seated.
