Hmm not really though, Lampard will make sure that's not the case.

A draw changes nothing for us heading into the final day, it's the same as a defeat.

We have to go all out for the win, nothing else matters.
Maybe not, albeit it depends on Burnley's result. If we were to draw and they were to lose, we'd be three ahead of Burnley and two in front of Leeds.

It would mean both teams would need to win for us to go down. While that's far from perfect, it would increase the likelihood of our survival - mathematically.

Still, a win would do it. Like it would have done on Wednesday and today.

We're 7/1 most places if we're so sure that we go down.
Throw a few pounds on it and at least you can go on a free holiday to dry your eyes!

But given we play at the same time as burnley there's no way to know mate. It's win, all out for the win. It's a cup final, that's it.

I have had a good think about it and whilst Brentford are no world beaters they are generally decent at home and the Leeds defence was comically bad today. I think Brentford would need something like a man sent off to actually lose at home vs Leeds. We don't want it to go down to the last day but...I think it's a question of whether Burnley get two wins or a win to overhaul Leeds

We play Palace on Thursday. We need to beat them.

We got results against Utd, Chelsea and Leicester. No reason they can’t go out there and take it to Palace. Of course it wouldn’t surprise me if things go wrong but it’s not like we’re away to City or the RS. It’s a home game against a mid table side.

We lost at home to Wolves, Villa, West Ham, Brentford and Brighton. Pretty much all the mid table teams.

I don't know what's going to happen now, but honestly? I am seriously sick and tired of this crap. Its just week after week and season after season of having next to no hope and rock bottom expectation and still being left frustrated and upset/angry 99% of the time. The club is broken, absolutely broken. And staying up won't fix it. Oh its obviously better then the alternative but nothing can or will ever change until there's a massive cultural shift at the club from the top and the dinosaurs on the board are forced out.
