I would have hoped we’d beat Burnley, expected us to lose to United and for Burnley to beat Norwich. Net result is the same so it’s suddenly not as bleak as it was after wed night

All these teams around us are capable of losing every single game they’ve got left but also capable of stringing two wins together at any point.

It’s not over for us until we’re mathematically certain to be safe

No one thinks we’re safe but this weekend’s results have essentially cancelled out the loss to Burnley. They were two games that we all expected to go completely the opposite way.

Yeah I think I got it a little wrong. But point still stands....team are much safe with Burnley losing as opposed to winning today given Norwich are miles behind so them getting 3 points will make little difference in overall picture.

For the first time in a while, I think if we beat Leicester I’d be more confident of us staying up than not. Lose to them though and we’re right back into desperation with the fixtures we’ve got after that. Crucial game.
