Here’s a date for your diaries. If England win their group and the last 16 tie the quarter final will be Saturday 10th December (7pm). Championship also restarts that day so you might have to hurry home from the game ?
As if I’d be following Everton in the Championship ??

I'll support them at whatever level as long as they give me a team that I can believe in. Certainly don't want relegation to get it though.

I think Everton will feel at home in the Championship and spend most, if not all of the next decade there at least.
Bit too far by my reckoning.
Only way that happens is if we are hit by severe punishment via points deductions for financial misdemeanours. While not entirely ruling that out, I think that's a long shot.
I'm gonna say our fan base will in the main, stay behind the team and haul their arses back up to the Premier League in pretty short order.

What’s the fan base got to do with it?

Without them the club is shafted. They desert the club the instant we drop and yes, we'd do a Leeds as a for instance.
Can I ask do you think the fan base will suddenly evaporate?
Not to an overly significant extent in the first years outside the PL. But even so, what difference does it make? Size of fan base won’t stop relegation and it doesn’t mean it’s any real asset to get a poorly-ran club back in to the PL.

Will Mr. Testicles make a return when we go down? Great cause, but the execution of it was proper lower-league stuff.

As I’ve said before, I think Everton will thrive in the Champo, particularly with Captain Bill at the helm.

It'd certainly help though as I'm sure you'd agree.
I can see where you're coming from though so we'll agree to disagree.
