This was long broken before Frank turned up.

Expecting him to turn us into world beaters is unrealistic. No one in the whole world could do that.

I respect him for saying to the BBC that he questions whether the players have got the bollocks for this.

I mean let’s be honest, that’s what many on here are thinking and asking too!

He is standing their watching this clueless tripe just like we are.

My only criticism which I may likely be wrong on, is he shows passion and excitement when we score, but what about when we are not? Is he shouting to players to give them the vocal encouragement they might need? Whenever the camera cuts to him, he’s just pulling a face and I think the picture has frozen. Maybe being a bit more animated will give the players a boost and make them a bit more lively and sharp. Maybe that’s a bit harsh?

Might be your responsibility, but doesn’t mean it’s your fault. They might not be arsed, or very good.

Plus a company brings a new manager in to replace you. And they do the same again. Is it that managers fault? And yours? How long would it go on before the company started looking at the people and how they are performing, and make changes on that?

But that’s not that simple in football, as you can only replace people twice a year and are stuck with complicated contracts for everyone, and they are likely overpaid!
