I think so but I don’t this has an impact on anything. Just yesterday Kier Starmer flagged up Russian investment into the Tory party. Johnston won’t bite the hand that feeds him.

Sanctions against Russian oligarchs have been called for, for years. I’m sure Moshiri and Usmanov have contingency plans to reduce the impact.

Usmanov is - to al intents and purposes - Russian. He's a Russian citizen, he identifies as Russian, and he has high profile dealings with the Russian government. The fact he was born in Uzbekistan is not really relevant in this situation.
