Something I've noticed a couple of times now with him is that while Benitez would go on about the hard work the players need to put in, Lampard talks about the hard work he can do to help the team. I think that's a very refreshing, positive attitude.

I find it interesting how he seems to talk more about his and his staffs responsibilities more so than talk about players and attitude, mentioning there after the game and in Thurs press conference about needing to give them the support they need.
