We are not going to attract anybody with a proven record as the job is a poison chalice , It is a massive risk whoever we go for I would go for Rooney I like the way he has stuck at when many would have cut and run.
Also it seems that the position Derby are in it seems that there is little more he can do there. I know its a huge gamble but is also a big risk for Rooney as we could finish him in management if it doesnt work out,
