Yeah I’ve never got it tbh, you should always play your main keeper in all competitions unless their injured/suspended or, in the case of Europe, a dead rubber

There is a small chance that a keeper gets injured. I'm not totally averse to giving the backup game time when playing lower league that shouldn't present too much trouble.
