Mate, we have won 1 out of the last 12 matches and the majority of them were 5 at the back. If that isn't a massive hint that it doesn't work for us then i honestly don't know what is. The only consistency it has given us is consistently bad and it has got nothing to do with injuries, it is purely down to archaic cowardice.

The majority have been 4231. We’ve played with a back 5 twice I think. Chelsea and Brighton.

Is Simms injured?

To have Rondon ahead of you is one thing, but Tosun as well?

No wonder Dobbin is holding off signing any contract.
Remember when Thierry Small was criticised by some on here for his perceived bad attitude? People incorrectly claiming he wanted first team football right away. No - he wanted to see evidence that first team football was a legitimate long term goal for a young player at Everton but obviously felt experienced failures would always be preferred.

This line up only reinforces that perception. There is little desire to give young players chances.

Why would you have a cup keeper?
Most clubs these days seem to, City had their 3rd choice playing last night, Leicester played Ward with Schmeichel on the bench, Brentford gave Lossl his debut, Palace had Butland, Brighton have theirs playing over Sanchez, Chelsea have their 3rd choice starting with Kepa as backup over Mendy

anyone know if BBCiPlayer works in the US to watch live games? Or any US blues know where I can watch here?
Not sure, mate but would have thought iPlayer would work with a VPN. Would be pretty certain there'll be a stream on Footy bite or similar.
