Strange line up without doubt. Really can't fathom the reasoning behind it. If this were to backfire I truly believe the board would step in.
He must have seen this very similar line up/set up struggle last time out.

It's Hull City in the Cup, Jeez throw caution to the wind and go for it with an experimental line up, give Dobbin a run out, if not now then when does he ever get a game.

Kenny and Coleman again together in the team is astounding. Make or break this game I reckon. And I was all for Benitez to prosper here until very recently.

5 at the back vs Hull? That is an appalling line up and tactics. Rondon must have some shady evidence on Benitez. He is showing such a small club mentality with these tactics against a side 19th in the championship

Seems to be the trend today. It's quite pathetic.

I get it if you have two keepers of similar ability level competing with each other. But our backup goalkeeper is Asmir Begovic.

I’m not a fan of us playing 5 at the back because our defenders are morons, but if that’s the formation we’re going with them we may as well be consistent with it.

Not really sure who people expect to start when DCL and Richarlison aren’t fit.

Ultimately though if he keeps selecting Keane and Coleman we’ll keep losing games. Patterson and Branthwaite should be in instead of fit.

Give up lad you're losing it....the guy is a complete fraud and should be nowhere near our club.
