ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

It’s never over in December, but watching last night if City replace Jesus Gabriel with anybody else with a 9 on their back they’ll just walk it. This is my play , we should sell them Rondon, the very definition of “ a false Number 9”.
I've said it before. Put DCL in that team and he'd become unstoppable. It's the perfect team for him. He doesn't need to do all the work, they have half a team supplying balls into the box, they need someone who can finish scrappy goals.

This is what we have missed, them one touch goals he was scoring, hopefully when he is back and Townsend they wll link up well

They have. I've never been DCL's biggest fan, but I watch City and so often it's obvious, they need someone to just hit it, the one touch goals as you said.

It does make me wonder if Pep sees this too, releasing Torres to bring in a fresh, rested DCL.

Why are you talking about DCL and City in the rs thread?

Spinning the stats again - only lost 2, yes but drawn 5 that's what does you in the end.

Everton 1975 would have comfortably beat Derby to the title if we hadn't drawn 18 games over the course of the season.
Just two of those turned to wins (Carlisle Utd  ) would have done it.
Typical of threm. They'll spin in every way they can to avoid the unpalatable truth that they are not (and have never been other for one freak season) at City's level.

They can console themselves and rock themselves to sleep at night luxuriating in the media sycophants BS 'world class' assessement of all their players, but they are - and will remain - a country mile off Man City.
