He is right that players from liverpool, chelsea etc do play more games than Burnley or Southampton players. What he doesn't mention is that under ffp, they are allowed so spend 2 or 3 times as much to build a squad capable of handling those extra games.

100% the club’s fault that they don’t have the squad depth to handle it. They have more than enough money to play with.

So I suppose Klopp mentioned the difference in the size of the Burnley squad compared to Liverpool's, err no I thought not. The top teams have strength in depth and much more quality, that's why they play more games. If I was Dyche/ Burnley i would be fuming with Klopp singling them out, horrible self centered person.
