Nothing like playing yourself in to a series, not taking any risks and feeling in control, winning the mental battle. Or you can just light your trousers on fire as you get to the crease like they've done today. Either/or.
 
Awful morning but fair play to Hameed given his age and experience to keep his head while we were crumbling. Pope has done well too coming into a very tough situation. So important those two got through to lunch
 

Another question for our Aussie friends. Does your TV coverage not have adverts? Every time the coverage cuts away here it is mid sentence of the commentators and comes back mid sentence too. And the coverage continues between overs too. Would love it if we had ad free coverage here

You'll find that those that watch on PayTV don't have breaks at the end of each over, so they keep talking. Free to airers then return after the commercials mid sentence. :)
