I know it's unrealistic, because we'd had to fire Brands, but Ralf Rangnick should be the one for us. He would rebuild this club from top to bottom and his football ethos fits Everton perfectly.
It's actually incredible he was interviewed 2 times and he never landed this job. What an incompetent board we have.

Not true, friends of Benitez begged him not to take the Everton job, told him the Newcastle job was just around the corner,Benitez told them he wanted the Everton job, he had something to prove, he thinks he can make a success of the jo, he’s letting those in charge know he isn’t here just for the comfort and luxury of a free ride he wants to succeed, a lot of the old guard want to carry on in the same old comfortable way they have lived off for the last few years, Benitez wants to change that culture, he needs not only Mr.Moshiri’s backing but the fans who are fed up with the old regime and their corner shop way of running the club, Everton FC are a multimillionaire business, it’s time they were run that way, with Benitez staying as the manager they eventually will be run that way.
