How do you make yours

Proper tea. Assam tea leaves, preferably tippy orange pekoe, made in teapot. Warm the pot first. Warm the cups first.

Water
Stir and allow to brew
Teabag out
Milk in
Stir again

One heaped teaspoon of sugar. Milk. Decent strength teabag (Yorkshire tea or extra strong version of lesser tea). Add boiling water. Leave for two minutes. Remove teabag and stir.

Teabag in, sugar, milk then stir and squeeze so you can see how strong you've made it then bin the tea-bag and throw the tea down the sink and open a can of special brew like a real man.


Anyone who puts the milk in with the tea-bag before the water is a dangerous maniac

Started drinking herbal tea a while ago. Pop out into the garden and pick a handful of sage, oregano, rosemary and mint.

stuff if all in a teapot, pour over boiling water and leave for a few minutes to infuse.

Bloody lovely and very refreshing. The odd creepy crawly only serves to add depth to the flavour
