Diaz is a good player. Gutted about James though. I'd accepted it, really had, but just can't be having the revisionism. Can't believe we've never even managed to see him play. So, so Everton.

According to Joyce, the Diaz deal involves James joining Porto on a 'season-long loan' which would obviously run his contract down, meaning we wouldn't get a fee for him.
That being said - if it means we free up most of James's wages and get Diaz in on a cut-price deal then we've done well there I reckon.
