• Townsend chance when he rattled the crossbar

• Iwobi squaring for Grey, just beyond his reach inside the 6-yard box

• Foul on Davies inside the box should’ve been a penalty

• Godfrey header in the first half from Digne’s delivery

I'm not sure that we could pay him off right now. Besides, Moshiri knew it was a bad choice and did it anyway. He'll hang on longer than necessary unless there's a real danger of going down.

The crying over a pre season friendly with no DCL, Richarlison, Kean with a wide player shoved up top against the 2nd best team in the league who have spent £120 million+ this window compared to our £1.5 million spend.

add in Coleman/Iwobi still in the starting 11 amazing the brass neck for anyone blaming the manager and demanding him sacked

Nobody is "blaming the manager". You have gone so far the other way that you are know defending him from stuff that isn't even there!

People will want him sacked because they didn't want him in the first place but that won't be happening (yet anyway).

People are allowed to "cry" over a 4-0 humping with no redeemable moments regardless of it being a pre season game or not. It was awful.

To be fair,
-a quality player would have never missed townsend’s chance.
-iwobi put too much weight on his pass (again lacking end product as always)
-was never a penalty.

sorry but we just can’t dress this up.
I didn’t think Gray and Townsend did that badly. Two of our more lively players I’d say alongside Digne who did okay.
