The ‘it’s too hot to sleep’ thread

Didn't think it had been that warm lately, to be honest. Get very hot and sweaty just walking to the shop, but of a night I'm fine. I don't have an AC system, but I do have a fan which I'm saving for when it gets really unbearably hot.

It’s the ventilation I need. If I haven’t got fresh air coming in I find it harder to breathe right so won’t drift off. It’s a bugger in freezing cold Winter but needs must.

Ahhh the couple of days a year where its too hot whinge has started. Where do I sign up?

Just sleep without even a sheet. Then wake up at 2.30 a bit chilly. Go under the sheet. Wake again at 3 too hot, peel the sheet off and repeat.

No, at all. As long as your wear one of these then you should be fine
