Man City currently got Ruben Dias (£60m), Laporte (£57m), Ake (£41m) and Stones (£50m) at CB but could spend another £50m for a backup CB because they can. How is any club supposed to compete with that? Then I think of the amount of money that flump Walsh pissed away for us. Shocking.

Dunno how anyone is meant to compete with the Manchester clubs and Chelsea.

Danny Ings wants to play at a higher level. At the moment we aren’t really a higher level.
No European football so he won’t be coming here. Same with Ben White, there will be higher level clubs after him.

But Arsenal finished 2 places ahead of us. So it’s hardly like Ben white is going much higher, ok rumours of city in for him, that’s different.

who Is really going to go for ings in the top 4/6.
He would be on the bench for most of them clubs. Is he really wanting to spend the next few years as a bit part player. I think he’s probably looking at missing out on the euros as big disappointment.

Maybe Spurs if they sell Kane, though I’m sure that wouid go down well With the fans. He would only come to us if DCL is sold and he is seen as first choice.
