It won't be, Jan 2025 would be my guess. Leaving 5 or so months for construction over-runs and test events etc.
I see the cabbage patch is having ‘rail seating’ installed as a 12 month trial (definitely not safe standing nudge nudge wink wink)….. has there been any confirmation on the ratio that could be applied at BMD or is it simply 1:1 seat to standing?

Yep. I was more impressed with the 3 tiers reminds me of that spoof YouTube video a few weeks ago. You look at the images of BMD and most look very boring and generic.

Leave off. I want nothing but the best for the club. That means the stadium. I've long said the capacity isn't enough and the style inside is very Brighton like. Who knows when it's built it might be as stunning inside as it is outside.
