Saint Etienne have been crap for decades. Finishing top half with them is better than finishing 16th two seasons on the bounce but having a high expected butties.

As for the tag. We're not a small club. But if we continue to mess up like the past 5/6 years we'll soon fade into one. There is still a pull there with Everton. But by god we make some awful decisions.
I reckon when you’re closing in on 30 years without a trophy you’re not allowed to call yourself a big club anymore personally.
We are very much a medium sized club. Not “small”, but not big by any stretch of the imagination. People will honestly pretend we’re still a bigger club than Chelsea.

I know it irks a lot of people when I say it but find it a tad embarrassing when fans pretend we are. We’re not even like rich either. Finally got bought out but turns out so did everyone else.
