According to the Echo, Carlo has said what we need is:
“The profile is a winger that is able to score goals, is able to defend, that is able to sacrifice, that is able to put crosses in.
"This kind of player is not easy to find! But if you look at the market and the players around the world, there are really a lot of good players around the world."
Can he make the tea and pull pints at half time too?
Looks like this chap ticks the boxes...
VERY direct, high energy, just turned 20...can play left/right.
Looks like he got some high ratings in Georgias last 2 internationals against Greece and Spain (seems to have scored in both)
Leeds and some big clubs in europe linked.

Am I the only one who watches that and thinks for the first time ever a player doesn't look much good on a YouTube compilation?!!
Looks far too slow for starters. We need real pace in all signings to compensate for the complete lack of it throughout our squad.
LOL well that’s him signed.
You know whos really fast? Adama Traore, you know whos really useless at creating chances? Adama Troare.Am I the only one who watches that and thinks for the first time ever a player doesn't look much good on a YouTube compilation?!!

Yes, thanks for the update. But you'll note I didn't say that we should sign fast players with no end product. My point is that we need to bring in players who have the other things we need but with pace too.You know whos really fast? Adama Traore, you know whos really useless at creating chances? I dont share peoples obsession with pace.Yes, thanks for the update. But you'll note I didn't say that we should sign fast players with no end product. My point is that we need to bring in players who have the other things we need but with pace too.
If we bring in some good technical players but who have no pace we will really struggle.
I dont share peoples obsession with pace.
We need to improve the tempo, you can do without pacey players.
