Maybe some are unhappy that they haven't been coached right in how ever many years now? We look like we cant string 2 passes together.

Likes of Davies for example hasn't exactly had the quality of coaching as say your Foden's have.

Play the kids in the games at home against bottom-half sides, from the evidence.

Interesting to see what team he picks against Wolves.
Will he make changes and let players on the bench?
Will he include King, Davies,Delph or one or two others or will he stick with the same group that has underperformed.

We all know there have been shocking performances and now CA has more or less recognised that but he is the one who persisted with those players even though there were others waiting for chances which didn't come.
I would be interested to hear Carlo 's assessment of how he has done this season.

This is what worries me. People genuinely thinking that there’s any world where Tom Davies can be as good as Foden. Davies could have ten years with Guardiola and a schoolboy Foden would still run rings around him. He never ever will be good enough, same with Keane, same with Siggurdson, same with Kenny. We need to move all these slow weak players out of the club.

We need pace but we also need leaders and this team seems to lack those as much as pace.

I think the point is he'd be that good so much as maybe he'd not be the exact same player he was in 2016.

Ancelotti has said he would have been building a squad for Europe but if we miss out he'll build for the league.

Seems to me that we'd need a bigger and better squad for Europe while we would need more quality for the league.

On the one hand our players could experience european football and it may be easier to entice players to sign....but on the other it makes more sense to sign less players but more quality.

Even 4 players makes a huge difference at RB, CB, DM and RF.

I tend to agree here.

A DM who actually receive the ball turn and move and pass further than 5 yards would be superb.
