Nah start of the season any hand contact was pen, then they changed it to unnatural and silhouette and all that crap.

That is definitely a pen.

Been saying that for the last 8 years now - nothing changes until Kenwrights gone, a proper chairman/CEO is appointed to oversee footballing matters, Brands is sacked and a proper DOF with knowledge of English football is appointed.

Carlo isn't blameless however seems to really lack the ability to motivate the players and sets us up way too defensive/tinkers with the formation/personnel too much actually on a game by game basis its infuriating.
