When's the last time and NBA team got relegated? When's the last time a complete outsider team won the finals?

Erm, the NBA doesn't have relegation. And if you look at it from the American-dominated media standpoint, the Toronto Raptors were a complete outsider when they won it a couple of years ago.

Conference football might be a better place to start. They spat on the whole of English football and the fans across all levels of the game.

UEFA basically have a monopoly now the threat of the ESL is gone. If they opt against making a severe punishment even without fear of pushing said clubs away you know they are in the 12 dirty dogs pockets forever.
