No doubt Man City will be next. The RS, Man Utd and Arsenal will drag their heels over this for a while yet though. This little American clique aren't going to let this go lightly. Frankly Chelsea should still be punished for their part in this even if Abramovich has come to his senses (I suspect that both he and the Man City owners are more follows then leaders in all this). The premier league should make it clear, they get a point deduction (twenty being the minimum) if they come to their senses and back off right now, the longer they drag their heels this the worse the punishment gets.

Arsenal will stick it out to the bitter end.

To them, this is a desperate attempt to stay relevant in the post Wenger era.

Sorry to say there won't be any punishments for these clubs purely because it would never ever hold up at CAS.
