Champions League revamp

What does that mean? Of course FIFA/UEFA can't stop the launch of a Super League - if they want to do it they can.

They can obviously however choose not to support it.

Probably La Liga going to court to prevent Spanish teams from joining

I don’t think they’ll be able to stop it per se but they will be able to say that they can’t participate in UEFA/FIFA competitions.

Prem should tell the six that can come back, but only the first 3 to bin the Super League won't be punished

Divide them and watch them come scurrying back. You can then punish the other 3 for holding on too long. Fines, points deductions, expulsion and European bans depending on how long it takes to cower.
I like your thinking. Bit like a parking fine, pay up early, less pain.

Yup. All part of the masterplan. Bayern and PSG have very close political links at the top level. Rummenigge stepping on to the UEFA ExCo yesterday with Khalifa of PSG staying within the tent tells you all you need to know. The Qataris want to remain onside with the establishment. Bayern can't just join the conspirators because of domestic fan ownership rules. So they take over at UEFA instead and will be the people that the renegades do business with. UEFA keep some control over the train set - for now - and look like heroic defenders of the game. Bayern join the club without joining the club, so to speak, PSG stay onside before the World Cup in Qatar, and the renegades get a bigger share of the pie without completely blowing the game up (even if they don't care about that). Everyone's a winner. Or duped.

Yes the handle I have had on here years prior to his move to Liverpool is all about my hero. I just plan ahead like that.
Yes the same number 4 shirt that remained unclaimed from 2016-2017. Around the time you appeared.

A very significant shirt number to a lot of reds, given that it remained unclaimed for a period of 2016/2017 season

As I’ve said before. I see right through you

Surely this has to be a spin by Sky.

Surely no one is that stupid, to actively say... “look listen, we want all the money, we want to devalue your league... why can’t you see that, and understand why it’s good?”

I think that they are 'that stupid'.

I think that they actively believe that they are entitled to a greater share of the TV contract due to bringing the lion's share of the eyeballs. I think that they actively believe that the rest of the league should feel grateful to them that they are not demanding a La Liga-style model that would entitle them to reap the full value of that lion's share. I think they believe that they've given more than they should.

I think that they don't recognize that there is enormous resentment of them amongst the other 14. I think that they don't recognize that Moshiri's take is the prevailing sentiment - that they pulled up the bridges during the growth period to ensure that they, and they alone, reaped the benefits of their league position at the time, and that now they're trying to bargain as though a more equal split is more natural and fair when the reality is that they colluded with UEFA to create the present situation.

I think that the reason that Moshiri can publicly pull out the flamethrower is that he is in a much better financial position than the other players.
