Bowen is onside ? Doesn't matter where Lingard is does it given he wasn't offside when the ball was passed to him ?

For me, Lingard is running the line as a possible recipient for a through ball, so is in active play as he's influencing defensive positioning.

I accept the rules say he doesn't matter, but for the rules to make sense any attacker making that run should be flagged offside imo.

Chelsea will finish ahead of Leicester. Also, there was a smaller gap between Chelsea and Leicester than Everton and West Ham last season.

What’s gone on?

Ancelotti getting the big bucks to improve things but we’re stuck here in the same position we’ve been numerous times in recent seasons.

Lack of grit from our players. Moyes has recruited really well and we have recruited technical players with no fight.

Wouldn't back moyes to follow this up next year though

So why are we a worse team, if we have better players why are we worse? Do we have a team of individuals who cant work as a unit?

Why are the reigning PL winners playing crap this season? There are a myriad of reasons for a team being good or bad but all I’m saying is we have a better squad than West Ham and anyone that doesn’t agree needs a head wobble.

I have watched a lot of WH this season. They are on a different planet to us.
They really are.

Here’s two managers who’ve came into clubs and given them lifts and turned them around.

We’ve got people telling us Ancelotti needs years and players the equivalent to his prime Milan team before we can even think of seeing any improvement.

It’s time we started demanding improvement from someone on one of the World’s highest managerial wages.

Simple we’ve dropped too many points by underperforming in games but the season isn’t over yet

We clearly have better players than West Ham, but they're a better team. Table doesn't lie.

They have players with a bit of pace and energy. I would take players like that in this league all day long over many of our snails.

Honestly can’t understand how every summer we ignore the glaring issues with our team. Fully expect us to buy another ponderous midfielder and a centre back this summer and play holgate at right back.

He’s an average run-of-the-mill manager who has been deteriorating for years. I wouldn’t have him anywhere near Everton.

Which again, makes it all the more worrying that they seem to be able to play better football and will almost certainly finish above us, even though they were in a relegation battle last year.
He's hot on the heels of Rogers though. Looking like he's going to turn over his team. Can't be that bad?

I was surprised when com said west ham have the 2nd best home record earlier - [they will do points wise if they win though, but were 5th before ko]
