On the six o'clock BBC news, the report on the issue emphasised more than once, that projects using tax payers money were the source of concern.

Yep. All privately funded.

No details of how the project will be funded have been confirmed as yet, that said private or institutional (investment bank/s) funding is likely to be the preferred method.

Anderson is not the only bullet, it is the history of mismanagement/corruption that has triggered what is happening and that ultimately is what may effect our PP.

Not quite. The loan would have been from the government (Public Works Loan Board). And the interest would be money for LCC. It would have been a winner for the city but the club must be looking for better terms.
