Tbh you'll get plenty of none season ticket holder demand from first year students from the 3 uni's + Edge Hill & visiters on a city break especially in the first year or so of the stadium being built as its the novelty effect of "tick off the bucket list".

Then obviously if we can hopefully be more successful on the pitch it'll further generate demand.

For me it should always have been 55k and I hope they increase size before its completed.

I may be wrong but I think you can submit changes that have to be approved individually. There has to be some sort of system in place because construction projects of this scale never go exactly to plan and amendments always happen.

I think you are right, Its always easier to get the project off the ground then increase the scope of it rather than going in 'at the top' from the off. Hopefully a few 1000 increase will be slipped in
