We are getting eaten alive in the middle of the pitch for three reasons:

1) Our first touches are rubbish.
2) We pick the wrong pass after three or four, usually because the pass is pressured due to a poor first touch
3) We stand and wait for aerial balls. They crash someone in from behind the ball and steal it out of the air.

These look like easy problems to solve.
