They’ve been looking forward to this day for so long, not because of the game, not for revenge, but to wallow in their self proclaimed victim status. Always the victims never to blame.

Big Virg had both DCL and James with acts of thuggery, tried it with Pickford, and I think Pickford knew he was about to become the 3rd casualty but turned the tables while trying to protect himself, and now victim FC are feeling sorry for themselves.
Always, always, always the victims.

Anyone else think we should start Coleman ahead of Holgate at RB? I know his best days are behind him. But he’s had some big performances in derbies in the past. I think he’d be right up for this. And Holgate makes me nervous. He offers nothing offensively. And I’ve seen far too many times this year where he gets absolutely rinsed on one-on-one situations when he’s playing fullback. Coleman will have the experience to know how to manage those matchups a little better.
I get what you are saying but no. Even if he's up for it he's still slow and a liability. With Mina injured I think the back four should be Holgate, Keane, Godfrey and Digne.

It would be very Everton for us to win today without any blues at Mordor.

I see they have started bitching about having to face us without there faithful customers being present - again, they seem to have forgotten that we have had to play them twice in a empty Goodison?!

Not like them to let facts get in the way of a good cryarse tho!?

The Hysel airbrush has been putting the overtime in recently.

I know.. and apparently we ruined this one season for them.

I'd play Godfrey right back as he is the quickest of our 3 options there. Holgate in the middle with Keane. If we are leading later on in the game Coleman would be a good substitute option to calm things down. I dont think Coleman can do a full 90 at the required standard.

It's beyond a joke now.

I had words with some rs at work about it when they were pickford/Everton bashing yet again.

I just said that it was clumsy and an accident from Pickford, but I don't remember such a public outcry, cryarsing and all this media bollocks when liberpewl fans got the whole country banned from Europe for being criminals and murdering innocent people at hysel, which has had a massive negative effect on Everton FC ever since?

Shut the cryarsing up for 5 mins, but they still wouldnt acknowledge their barbarism that night in Belgium, or the effect it had on us - a true kult.

I was really looking forward to this match even tho I normally always hate them.
I just had a little feeling about this one.

My dog had to be put down today. So I don’t think I could feel any worse even if we did lose but hopefully Everton can win tomorrow an make my weekend a little less painful.
Sorry to hear that mate, they are family and it hurts.

We will win this 3-2. I dreamt it, so it has to come true. I also dreamt I could fly. In the non-dream world, I honestly think I’d prefer my first nocturnal prediction.
I literally dreamt ast night that we win this; 3-0 to the toffees. I know it means sod all but I did dream about the New York twin tower attacks months before it happened. Also that Alan Bradley would get ran over in Coronation Street but I dreamt it was a bus.
