They have 21 days to either approve or call it in on the back of any/all objections

I’d contest those legal fees though.....

Spurs fan here. Good luck with the Council approving the stadium. It looks great and i can't wait to visit. Getting a 21st century ground is great- not that we have been able to go to ours much- and i am sure as with us a necessity for Everton to compete at the top.
