Whats interesting with this is that it has the annual salary at 118m. The wages they submit to their accounts are around 3 times this figure at close to 350m and probably higher next season.

So appreciate it doesn't take into account academy players, who they must have around 30 pro's. Even if you averaged them at a million quid a year, you'd still need to increase the numbers given here by 2.5 to get the actual figures. So either these figures are way out, or, they have massive bonus uplifts written into contracts. But yea, multiply Thiago's wages by a minimum of 2.5 times and he's earning 500k per week. For strolling around the pitch, watching people run past him, giving away needless fouls and passing it sideways. Nice work if you can get it.
