ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

Aguero is back in training this week. He probably won't start against Liverpool but he will come of f the bench at some stage. He loves scoring against them! Any team will miss KDB but it's funny that somehow we actually look and play better without him. The team formation is so fluid it just adapts and other players step up - like Siva & Foden. Sometimes I think KDB inhibits other players. They just keep giving him the ball and expecting him to come with a miracle every time. We got kicked off the park against Sheffield United on the weekend and we have Burnley mid week who will do the same so injuries could a problem. However, I fancy us to do them and the very least to get a draw. I think it's the first time for ages that Liverpool are not odds with the bookies when playing at Anfield.

ye - seems a good summary; I do think city are fair favourites & dont get me wrong, I wouldnt be at all surprised if they go and win it, but if I was having a bet I would still go for Liverpool, but only slightly.

It's a really interesting point on KDB; it's an insane arguement but I do wonder are they better without him. Silva and Gundogon, Fodon (now) seem to come out of their shell and their isn't the "Get the ball to him" attitude on the pitch.

Either way I still think the result sunday is irrelevant to the title, league is over.

Suarez was on fire at the time. Nothing Moyes said provoked that goal.
If only the rat.
Liverpool fans racially abusing Rashford on social media.
It was Man Utd fans mate, clearly. Its widely documented it was Utd fans. No need to make stuff up about them, they do enough to snarl/howl at.
City will run away with the title now.

Who will stop RS in Europe though?
They wont make the semi's. As soon as they come up against a half decent side they will fold over two legs.
Seems like the centre half they are after will fit right in with the fans

All 3 scouse Liverpool fans heads have fallen off.

Oh dear lol lol

They are from 2012/13 when he was 17/18. Teenage lads tend to do daft stuff without thinking - and it is just some flippant comments on Twitter.

They will of course bite him hard on the arse if he isn't a success or makes a costly mistake though. You'd think a professional club would do a bit of a social media investigation and maybe tell potential signings to tidy up their timelines a bit and remove stuff during the very early stages of a deal though.

Why are Liverpool being linked with gash?

Good job the ties are only over one leg then this year.

Have the ever signed anyone for 70m? I tghught their record was around 55m?

I haven't looked at their figures, but 300m seems around right. What surprises me if that Liverpool's wage bil is well over £300m yet they tell us the maximum earner is on 10m p/a. There's something a bit strange about all that. (My own view, is they only declare basic, and have huge bonuses, and that they pay players in their youth teams/23's mega money).

Either way, if I were a Liverpool fan, given we outspend pretty much everyone on wages, I'd be a bit narked that our squad was so inferior to rivals.

Rodri is there record signing, £62.8m. Their next biggest one is Mahrez at £60m!!!

Is this Kabak bloke the guy who spat in a player’s face not that long ago? Will fit right in.

I've watched Schalke a couple of times this season, and this lad has been absolutely woeful. I cant imagine Liverpool will be making the move a permanent one based upon what I've seen, and it's telling that Schalke are happy to swap him out on a loan just to get Mustafi in.

RS mate said it is £2.5m for the loan deal with the option to buy for £27.5m. supposedly he has the potential to be a top, top centre - half. :hayee:
