Right I can't be doing woth this so I'm logging out for 12 minutes. We better have signed someone by the time I log back on at 10.42am ffs
Or, Daniel Sturridge, or Wilf Bony... Pato (remember him?) only 31 and out of contract. This DoF lark is easy.SIGN
Interesting that you should suggest this....Raphinia played 90 mins for Rennes, set up a goal, then got straight on a plane to Leeds in the last transfer window mate and had signed within hours, in an £18m deal.
I said strikers not imposters!
But then again, maybe just maybe the Prince's time has come.
We're absolutely bollocked with FFP. Our hands are completely tied at the moment.

I’m talking about the performances mate.
West Ham home- tepid, pointless performance lost 0-1
Rotherham - they were the better side for most of the game which we scraped home 2-1, they are in the bottom 3 of the championship.
Leicester- looked like men against boys for most of the game and they looked far superior to us in every aspect.
Newcastle- hungrier, quicker and thoroughly deserved their win.
Wolves - a decent performance against a team playing well below their capabilities but a good win all the same.
Sheff Wed - another win against a bottom 3 championship side.
let’s not forget what actually happened in each game.
2 wins against bottom 3 championship sides and a win at Wolves, the rest of the PL games we were awful.
I fear you'll be disappointed either way.I'd be glad with Perisic.

"I was in Manchester and I saw that Man City were playing against Everton at City's stadium. I was a Lokomotiv player but I thought I would get a ticket and go to watch the game.
"I watched it and I found the stadium so interesting, the vibes, everything was there. Two days afterwards, my agent called me and said Roberto Martinez wanted to see me.
"I went to a hotel not far from Wigan, they had a game there the next day. He told me that tomorrow he was going to sign me, and that night I didn't sleep.
"It was the February 1, the last day of the transfer window. I had to do a medical, I was thinking about what might go wrong. I spent the whole day doing the medical, 9am-6pm, it was a long day.
"But at the end, I put pen-to-paper and I couldn't explain how happy and proud I was."
I'd agree if we were willing to spend a bit of £££ but we're clearly gunning for a loan and I personally can't see a loan player mid season (so he's either a bench warmer/someone on high wages/ or a youngster who wants game time i.e Zirkee) coming in and having an impact every wishes to, Of course it could happen but I fail to see it. I'm not saying we shouldn't we 100% should get a loan in it's absolutely mind boggling we're willing to let 4 attacking players go and not bring one in.It's not really though. It doesn't have to be a world beater, but a player who comes in and offers something a bit different could just be the catalyst for a great run. Look at someone like Jelavic coming in and the impact he had in that first few months. There are plenty of others who've done a similar thing too. I'm not saying it will happen obviously, but I don't agree that you necessarily have to be a great player to have a big impact over a short period, particularly if you offer something the team otherwise doesn't have. A player with pace for example, could completely change the way we play, and make everybody look better.
Not sure we can do wages, signing on fee and a treadmill.I think Bony will come good, just needs an arm round the shoulder and a treadmill to learn how to run again
