Everton January transfer window 2021

Raphinia played 90 mins for Rennes, set up a goal, then got straight on a plane to Leeds in the last transfer window mate and had signed within hours, in an £18m deal.
Interesting that you should suggest this....

2 x jets with no destination have recently left Milan and Bergamo.

One owned by Ryanair left Bergamo and seems to be more for ferrying around Ryanair staff, but nonetheless heading for the UK it seems.

2nd one not long left Milan airport and following same flight path over the Alps, but too early to say which route it is heading.

I said strikers not imposters!

But then again, maybe just maybe the Prince's time has come.

"I was in Manchester and I saw that Man City were playing against Everton at City's stadium. I was a Lokomotiv player but I thought I would get a ticket and go to watch the game.

"I watched it and I found the stadium so interesting, the vibes, everything was there. Two days afterwards, my agent called me and said Roberto Martinez wanted to see me.

"I went to a hotel not far from Wigan, they had a game there the next day. He told me that tomorrow he was going to sign me, and that night I didn't sleep.

"It was the February 1, the last day of the transfer window. I had to do a medical, I was thinking about what might go wrong. I spent the whole day doing the medical, 9am-6pm, it was a long day.

"But at the end, I put pen-to-paper and I couldn't explain how happy and proud I was."

I’m talking about the performances mate.
West Ham home- tepid, pointless performance lost 0-1

Rotherham - they were the better side for most of the game which we scraped home 2-1, they are in the bottom 3 of the championship.

Leicester- looked like men against boys for most of the game and they looked far superior to us in every aspect.

Newcastle- hungrier, quicker and thoroughly deserved their win.

Wolves - a decent performance against a team playing well below their capabilities but a good win all the same.

Sheff Wed - another win against a bottom 3 championship side.

let’s not forget what actually happened in each game.

2 wins against bottom 3 championship sides and a win at Wolves, the rest of the PL games we were awful.

I mean thats one interpretation. However in honesty performances don't get you into the top 4/6, results do.

You could also argue;

West Ham: Poor game, 2 poor teams. 0-0 would have been fair
Sheffield United: Win against a team who have gone to United and won
Rotherham: Poor performance, but comfortable win in the end
Wolves: Good win
Leicester: Even game. They had a spell of posession and we missed our first choice midfield, but in honesty we had the better chances to win it.
Newcastle: Rubbish. No excuses.

I look at Spurs for example, I have watched parts of their last 2 games. I can't have it that they are going to finish above us. I'm sorry I just can't. They were well beaten by Brighton and well beaten by Liverpool as well.

Leeds is an important game for me, we need a good showing there, and to avoid defeat at the very least.

I'd never seen that before, but good god that is hideous that. It looks like just being a football and watching a match got him in the door!

It's not really though. It doesn't have to be a world beater, but a player who comes in and offers something a bit different could just be the catalyst for a great run. Look at someone like Jelavic coming in and the impact he had in that first few months. There are plenty of others who've done a similar thing too. I'm not saying it will happen obviously, but I don't agree that you necessarily have to be a great player to have a big impact over a short period, particularly if you offer something the team otherwise doesn't have. A player with pace for example, could completely change the way we play, and make everybody look better.
I'd agree if we were willing to spend a bit of £££ but we're clearly gunning for a loan and I personally can't see a loan player mid season (so he's either a bench warmer/someone on high wages/ or a youngster who wants game time i.e Zirkee) coming in and having an impact every wishes to, Of course it could happen but I fail to see it. I'm not saying we shouldn't we 100% should get a loan in it's absolutely mind boggling we're willing to let 4 attacking players go and not bring one in.

Nah mate, he was extensively scouted by Boberto who watched the same YT vid as us, plucked a number from thin air (13m) and signed him.

Bless him. Like a kid that won a competition.
