They play an uncomplicated team with uncomplicated tactics and it works. Their players are fit and know their roles. That’s literally all you need to be half decent in this league, don’t need any stand out players.

Yeah, play to a system that works and play players in their preferred position.

Our lack of fitness is a huge concern.

Its because the Saints make do with what they have. They lost Pierre Hojberg to Spurs. And seem to have replaced his presence in mid field without any fuss.
Lost Ings, their main goal scorer to injury. And yet the goals still come because the tactics are there to combat his absence.
