In fairness, he had a good reason - his absolute favorite players are Ibra and Schweinsteiger, so that happened when the two linked up there.

It's nice to see and heart the likes of Joe Cole and Hargreaves, who I really rate in terms of knowing his opinion, talking about us highly.

Hargreaves in particular was waxing lyrical. Very impressed with what he was watching and in particular the movement. Very encouraging. Brilliant to hear as well.

Thought he was good midweek and was good when he came on today. Hope we keep him, would start him ahead of Gomes. Hope he raises his game a bit to that of the better players around him. It’s never too late.

i thought a game like today would be better to start him instead of gomes, but west brom played the exact opposite to how i thought based on their line-up. Think siggurdsson as the furthest forward of the midfield 3 is such an attacking team. He's shown this week how creative he is when we have forwards with movement and taking up clever positions.
