We need a squad. He should stay. Would we really rather have davies coming off the bench to try to change a game? I think that gives us the answer right there

The problem may be that if we want to improve other areas we need gylfi's wages.

He's one of our highest earners and that doesn't really work structutally, to have a bench/squad player being that high up on the wages hierarchy.

But yes. He is obviously a better option off the bench than Davies. Looks, dare I say it, good with Allan next to him.
