James has only just turned 29 and has already played over 400 senior club games, actually 6 more than our other new signing Allan. He has also played 76 times for Colombia. If he carries on for another 4/5 years he could very easily top 600 club games and 100 caps. That is not the record of an injury prone lazy dud.

His injury record is not perfect like a Frank Lampard, but it's no worse that the average professional footballer. And as for being a dud, his form for the National team has always been top drawer, which is why football commentators from that part of the world are all delighted he is coming to Everton to play for a manager who knows his game well.

I'm often amazed at the number of blues who seem quite happy to accept as gospel any and all negative comments on the club, but dismiss anything positive.

Funny thing is the stats are there in plain sight.

Its like people calling Mina injury prone but Keane ever present when he played 1 extra game.

Maybe because being left out because you're out of form and because you're injured are different things...

If he's failed a medical, there ain't no need to renegotiate, cos you walk away - that's why its called a "failed" medical?!

Must have hurt to see that you won't have it you're own way in derbys, now Allan's signed up. A little bit of stardust from hamez won't hurt us either, will it?

Because 90%+ of stuff like this posted in here is pure wumming. The lad rarely posts so nobody knows him. He may well be genuine but when wums are allowed to post in here with apparent immunity you can't blame people for reacting the way they have.
